Ingredients

For the Cheeseburger Filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup or mustard (optional)

For the Dough:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count, like Pillsbury Grands)

For the Garlic Parmesan Butter:

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Cheeseburger Filling

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  2. Drain excess grease, then stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup or mustard (if using).
  3. Reduce heat to low and mix in the cream cheese and shredded cheddar. Stir until the mixture is melted and creamy.
  4. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before assembling the bombs.

Step 2: Assemble the Cheeseburger Bombs

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or preheat an air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Open the biscuit dough and separate the pieces. Flatten each biscuit into a 3–4 inch circle.
  3. Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the cheeseburger mixture into the center of each dough circle.
  4. Pinch the edges together tightly to seal, forming a round ball. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in the air fryer basket.

Step 3: Bake or Air Fry Until Golden

Oven Method:

  • Bake at 375°F for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Air Fryer Method:

  • Cook at 350°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Step 4: Make the Garlic Parmesan Butter

  1. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese.
  2. Brush the hot cheeseburger bombs generously with the garlic Parmesan butter immediately after baking.

Step 5: Serve & Enjoy

  • Garnish with chopped parsley for a fresh finish.
  • Serve warm with dipping sauces like ranch, ketchup, BBQ sauce, or honey mustard.
