Ingredients (Serves 4-6)

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 strips turkey bacon (chopped)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 16 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Turkey Bacon

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped turkey bacon until crispy.
