Ingredients:

  • 12 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese (optional, for creaminess)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Lasagna Noodles:
    • Boil the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions for al dente. Drain and lay them flat on a parchment-lined surface to prevent sticking.
  2. Prepare the Bacon and Beef Mixture:
    • In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels, crumble, and set aside.
    • In the same skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess grease.
    • Add the marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the ground beef. Stir to combine and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Combine the Ranch and Ricotta (Optional):
    • In a small bowl, mix the ranch dressing with ricotta cheese (if using) for a creamy layer that balances the flavors.
  4. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Assemble the Lasagna:
    • In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of the beef marinara sauce mixture on the bottom.
    • Layer 3–4 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
    • Spread a portion of the ranch-ricotta mixture (if using) over the noodles, followed by a layer of beef marinara sauce.
    • Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, and crumbled bacon evenly over the sauce.
    • Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese and bacon on top.
  6. Bake the Lasagna:
    • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
    • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Rest and Serve:
    • Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing to allow the layers to set.
    • Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve warm.

Storage:

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
  • This dish can also be frozen for up to 2 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before reheating.

This Parmesan Garlic Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna is a flavor-packed crowd-pleaser, perfect for potlucks or family gatherings. 🧄🥓🍔✨
